Nest is an award-winning workplace pension scheme, the largest by membership in the country.

Our journey

We were set up by the government in 2010 to help give every worker in the UK somewhere to save for retirement. We’re a public body, which means we have no owners or shareholders. We’re run entirely in the interests of our members. This is core to who we are. We have a public service obligation, much like the BBC or NHS, to serve the British public. Our focus is always on providing value for money for our members and the employers choosing us, delivering some of the best risk-adjusted returns in the market. Our investment solutions and fund designs have won many awards.

An opportunity

We have our eye on the future. Working at Nest, you’ll have the opportunity to shape this future as we anticipate and adapt to changes in the pensions industry, market conditions and global climate. We’re looking forward to developing our market-leading responsible investment strategy and supporting financial resilience and wellbeing for our members and other savers in the UK.

We offer an inclusive and flexible working environment and we’re committed to creating a workplace where you can be your authentic self.
