Nest is pleased to announce its successful connection to the pensions dashboard ecosystem, marking a significant milestone in the scheme’s ongoing commitment to enhancing its service for its more than 13 million members.
The pensions dashboard is a government initiative designed to enable users to find and view all their pension pots in one place. This initiative aims to reduce the number of lost or forgotten pots and help people better plan for their retirement.
Although Nest is now connected to the ecosystem, dashboards are not currently available to the general public. The Money and Pensions Service will begin their programme of consumer testing this summer, and Nest has committed to supporting this effort.
Gavin Perera-Betts, Chief Customer Officer at Nest, commented:
"Connecting to the Pensions Dashboard Ecosystem is a significant achievement for Nest and our members. This initiative will provide our members with a comprehensive view of their retirement savings, helping them to make more informed decisions about their financial future."
Ian Cornelius, CEO of Nest, added:
"This milestone reflects our dedication to innovation and collaboration. We are proud of the hard work and commitment shown by our team and partners in achieving this connection. We look forward to supporting the Money and Pensions Service in the upcoming user testing phase and continuing to enhance our solution for the benefit of our members."
