Freedom of Information Act

The Freedom of Information Act 2000 gives any person of any age or nationality, anywhere in the world, the right to access certain official information held by public authorities in the UK.

NEST Corporation is a public authority which means you can request information from us if you want to. Your request must:

  • be in writing
  • be in the form of an email, letter or fax
  • give your name
  • give an address for correspondence – an email address is acceptable
  • describe the information requested as far as you possibly can
