What do I do if I’ve forgotten my username?
If you’ve forgotten your username for your NEST account you can have a reminder sent to you by email.
From the NEST home page please click ‘Login’. Then click ‘Forgotten username’ underneath the Username field.
You’ll need to enter your last name, your email address that we currently hold in our system for you and follow the instructions. You’ll then be sent a username reminder. This can take up to 15 minutes to arrive.
Once you have your username and password you’ll be able to log in. If you’ve forgotten your password, please see What do I do if I’ve forgotten my password?
