What do I do if I’ve forgotten my username?
If you’ve forgotten your username for your Nest account, we can send you a reminder by email or sms.
From the Nest home page please select ‘Log in’. Then select ‘Forgotten username?’ underneath the Username field. You can then follow the online instructions to gain access to your username.
Once you have your username and password, you’ll be able to log in. If you’ve forgotten your password, please see What do I do if I’ve forgotten my password?
