Why have I received an email from NEST with a link to view a personalised video?

If you’re a member of NEST, you may receive an email from ‘’. This email includes a link to a personalised video we’ve created with ‘VideoSmart’ who is our trusted partner. 

This video has been created to tell you more about:

  • how much you’ve saved with NEST so far
  • how to log into your NEST account so you can keep track of your retirement savings with us

To ensure we can personalise the experience for you, we do share a small amount of your personal data with VideoSmart. The security of your personal information is very important to us and we take this matter very seriously. We use appropriate procedures and security features to process and protect your information and have made sure that all our partners have a robust framework in place to ensure the security of your data.

Your personalised video will be available for 30 days from when we sent you the email. You’ll receive a reminder email after 7 days, if you’ve not clicked on the link in the email to ensure that you’ve not missed it.
