Will you still take the payment for a schedule?

We'll accept the payment as long as you’ve submitted only one schedule and made payment using the correct IT reference. If there is an overpayment we’ll allocate the correct amount due for the schedule and refund any outstanding money back to the bank details you’ve registered to receive refunds.

For example, you submit a schedule with an expected amount due of £240.00. You send a payment of £250.00 to us using direct credit with the correct IT reference. Once we receive the payment, we’ll allocate the £240.00 to the schedule and refund the overpayment of £10.00 to you.
