Why would I need to notify NEST of a merger or acquisition?

You’ll need to let us know if your company has been merged with another or if you have taken over another company, as it may affect your NEST account.

You’ll need to provide this information to us as soon as possible by sending an email through your NEST secure mailbox.

If a merger or acquisition is between an employer using NEST and an employer that isn’t using NEST, only the employer currently using NEST should notify us. If the employer who isn’t using NEST contacts us, we’ll let them know we need the notification to come from the other employer.
