If you’ve forgotten your password you can reset it online using your username and answers to your secret questions.
To change your password, click ‘Forgotten password’ on the login page.
You’ll then need to enter your username and click ‘Next’.
On the next screen you’ll be asked to answer the secret questions you had set up while signing up for your NEST account. Once you’ve answered them click ‘Next’.
You’ll then be asked to create a new password. Click ‘Done’ once you’ve entered the new password.
This will take you back to the login page on the NEST website. You can then sign in with your new password.
