How do I change my security questions?

If you need to change your security questions you need to have available:

  • your current password
  • the email address associated with your NEST delegate account.

Click on ‘Manage security details’ from your NEST home page. Then click ‘Change your security questions’ and complete the required information.

Once you’ve provided your password and email address and entered the new answers, click ‘Done’. If you need some help with changing your secret questions then click on the help icon.

You’ll be given a confirmation that you have changed your security questions and taken back to the Manage your security details page.
