Why would I need to change my security details?

When you sign up to NEST and set up your online account you’ll create your own personal security details. You’ll create a username, password, PIN and choose three security questions.

There may be times you will need to change the details you use to log into your NEST account. This could be because you’ve forgotten your log in details or have had them reset.

If these or any other reasons mean you have to change any security details, you can do this through ‘Manage your security details’ on your NEST home page.

If you can sign in to your NEST account you can change your security details from your NEST home page. Click ‘Manage your security details’.

This will show a page with all of the options available. You’ll need to know your current security details before you can reset or change them.
