Why is there a contribution schedule showing as overdue since the payment source change?

If you’ve made changes that places the member in a schedule you’ve already paid, you may find the schedule move to unpaid so that you can pay contributions.

You’ll need to re-submit the paid schedule after adding any due contributions for the member you’ve made a payment source and group change for. If you’ve made all contributions due in the previous schedule you can mark the member as having insufficient earnings. You can mark the member as having insufficient earnings online or through file upload.
