What happens after I’ve changed a member’s group?

When you’ve completed your group change one of two things should happen.

If the member has changed to another group within the same schedule, the member will continue to appear on the schedule.

Alternatively if you’ve moved a member to a group which belongs in another schedule, the member should appear on the correct schedule and be removed from the current one from the date you choose. It can take up to 15 minutes after submitting the contribution schedule for payment for the member to show in the other schedule.
