Why would I need to merge my NEST accounts, also known as consolidating my accounts?

Individual delegates who have access to multiple NEST accounts can merge or consolidate them and then access them using a single NEST login. 

You’ll get the option to merge accounts if you have delegate access to more than one employer account using the same email address in your contact details. Please see How can I merge my delegate accounts when accepting another delegate invite? for more information.

If you’re a third party organisation, also known as a NEST Connector, looking after one or more employer accounts, you can set up as a delegate organisation using NEST Connect. Please see How do I set up a NEST connect account? for more information.

Third party users will be able to view all the accounts they’re connected to from their home page. This depends on the individual access given. Please see What is a delegate? for more information.
