How long does it take to cancel an enrolment?

It can take up to five working days for the member’s enrolment to be cancelled. We’ll send a daily summary to your secure NEST inbox telling you when enrolments have been cancelled and about any money to be refunded.

We’ll also send an email to let you know these messages are waiting for you.

You’ll be able to keep track of a worker’s de-enrolment while it’s being processed as they’ll appear in Manage workers as Enrolment being cancelled.

The worker will appear in Inactive workers with a status of Enrolment cancelled once the de-enrolment has been processed.
