Will delegates receive all messages relating to my NEST account?

Each delegate will have their own secure NEST mailbox. We’ll send them a message every time a task is completed in the account that relates to their level of access. If multiple tasks are completed in one day, we’ll send just one message with all of the details of the tasks completed.

The person who registers and sets up the scheme will be added as a delegate. If they are also the primary contact for the account, they’ll be given full access rights and receive all the important messages from us, including information about changes to the scheme, legislation and late payments.

Please note, if the person who registers and sets up the scheme adds someone else as the primary contact, they won’t receive any messages. If the person setting up the scheme wishes to receive messages, they’ll need to add themselves as an individual delegate with the relevant access level.

A full access delegate will be able to see all the messages we’ve sent to an organisation’s secure NEST mailbox. A schedule and payment delegate can only see contribution information and payment information for payment sources they’re assigned to.

Messages relating to contributions and payment of contributions can only be seen by delegates with access to that particular payment source.
