How will I know when a member opts out?

We’ll let you know through your secure mailbox about any members who’ve opted out using our online or telephone processes.

Some members may choose to opt out by telling you directly. To do this, they’ll need to request a paper form from us and give this form to you within their opt-out period once it’s completed.
