How will I be notified that a worker is inactive?
We’ll let you know through your NEST mailbox about any workers who have ceased contributions, been marked as ‘Meeting duties elsewhere’, have had their enrolment cancelled, or have opted out.
We won’t let you know about any workers who’ve taken their money out of NEST or who have died so we recommend you check inactive workers regularly to confirm the workers are showing correctly.
