Below is a brief summary of what's in NEST's Employer Terms and Conditions and how they will apply to your organisation. Our Terms and Conditions are your contract with NEST so you should make sure you understand them fully before you agree to them. By agreeing to our terms and conditions you'll agree to communicate with us electronically. We'll communicate with you using the email address you give us and a secure mailbox we set up for you on our website. When you need to get in touch you can send us an email or complete an online form.
You'll need to send us details about your organisation including its full legal trading name and address, bank details, who will be the primary contact and your chosen payment method. We'll also need information about contributions and the way you and your workers will pay into NEST.
To use NEST 'You'll need to follow our processes for providing information. You can email us directly or use a secure file transfer. You'll need to send us accurate and complete information and update us with any changes.
You'll need to tell us details of the workers you are enrolling into NEST. You will need to deduct income tax from your workers' earnings before taking contributions. If they are eligible for tax relief we will claim this for them. You'll also need to give your workers certain information about NEST before they can become members. Once they're members your workers can switch on their own online accounts and view their contributions.
There are two ways to organise payments. You can include all your workers in a single group with one contribution amount or you can have different groups for different workers. You can also choose how you want to make contributions using Direct Debit, debit card or Direct Credit.
