How will I receive refunds for members who’ve opted out?

When a member opts out of NEST we’ll refund any contributions we’ve received for them. We’ll refund the contributions to the refund account you nominated for the payment source the member is connected to. You can check what account you nominated for refunds by going to ‘Manage payment sources’ from your online NEST account and clicking ‘Edit’ on the relevant payment source.

It’ll take 5-10 working days from the time the member opts out for the refund to reach your bank account.
