What happens after I’ve marked a member as having insufficient earnings?

After you’ve entered the details for the members you’d like to pay for at this stage and you’re happy to continue you can select ‘Submit schedule’.

Once you’ve submitted the contribution schedule for payment any member records with the status Member validated will be locked and you won’t be able to make any changes to the submitted member’s details. Any members you’ve told us have insufficient earnings will have their status updated to No contributions due on the contributions schedule.

Using this process will only mark the member as having insufficient earnings in this particular contribution schedule.

If the member doesn’t earn enough to be due a contribution in the next pay period you’ll need to repeat this process in the next contribution schedule.
