How can I collect information by SFTP?

1. Click ‘Manage secure file transfer’ from your Welcome to NEST home page.

2. Click ‘Collect information from NEST by secure file transfer’. If you’ve just chosen to use SFTP then you can click ‘Collect information from NEST’ by secure file transfer from there.

3. You’ll see details of the information you can collect and what your current preferences are. Click ‘Edit’ to update your preferences.

4. Click ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ to choose whether you’d like to collect the information from us and then click ‘Save’ or ‘Cancel’.

5. We’ll update your preference and let you know which format the notifications will be sent in. We’ll automatically send notifications by CSV but you can change it to XML if you prefer.

6. You can also click ‘View previous SFTP settings’ to see your previous preferences.

7. We’ll show you your current preferences and you can click ‘Show History’ to see exactly when the preference was changed.
