What benefits do we offer?

  • Pension – defined contribution pension scheme delivered through Nest.

         5% gross employee contribution – we’ll match with 8% employer contribution
         6% gross employee contribution – we’ll match with 9% employer contribution
         7% gross employee contribution – we’ll match with 10% employer contribution
         The maximum employer contribution is 10%. If you contribute 8% or more, this will be matched with a 10% employer
         contribution.

  • Default - Group Life Assurance – which will pay a tax-free lump sum benefit equal to 4 times your basic annual salary
  • Optional - Group critical illness cover – financial reassurance of a cash lump sum payment of £100,000 if faced with a serious illness which you have survived for more than 30 days
  • Bonus scheme - Bonuses are paid based on exceptional performance only
  • 25 days holiday increasing to 30 days with length of service + all bank holidays, a birthday leave day and Nest day which is usually around the festive period
