How do I change my username or password?

You can change your username or password from your NEST online account.

To change your username

Log in to your account and click ‘Admin’ on your NEST home page.

Click ‘Change username’.

After you enter your preferred username, click ‘Check Availability’.

If the username you’ve entered isn’t available, then enter another username. You’ll have to enter your password and security questions and click ‘Done’.

You’ll be taken back to the login page to log back into your account using your new username.

To change your password

Click ‘Admin’ on your NEST home page and then click ‘Change password’.

You must enter your current password and then create a new password. If you need help to create a new password click on the help icon.

You’ll need to answer two secret questions and click ‘Done’.
