You've entered incorrect information more than three times so we've locked your account for security reasons. An email has been sent to your address that we have on our records that contain a code that you will need to unlock your account. To unlock your account, click on 'Unlock my account' on this page and follow the instructions. If you're still having difficulty, you can call our contact centre. Details are on our website.

You’ve entered your login details incorrectly more than three times so we’ve had to lock your account for security reasons. To unlock your account please do the following:

Read the email we’ve sent you. This email contains an unlock code which you’ll need to unlock your account. We’ve sent it to the email address you provided when you registered with NEST.

Go to the NEST login page and click 'Unlock my account'.

  • Enter the information required which includes:
  • your username
  • the unlock code provided to you in the email

on the next page, answer two security questions which you selected when signing up for your NEST account.
