How do I manage multiple NEST accounts after merging them?

Once you’ve merged all your NEST accounts, you’ll be able to access them using a single NEST login. After your accounts have been merged, your initial home page will list all the employer accounts you have access to. You can search the account you want to manage by using the employer’s name. You can enter one or multiple characters including space in the search box.

To go to the employer’s NEST home page, click the arrow under Select.

You’ll be able to manage activities like enrolling workers into NEST and paying contributions for them depending on the access level you’ve been provided. While working on any of these activities, if you want to go back to the home page of the specific employer you were working on, you’ll need to click ‘Employer home’ at the top of the page. To go into a different employer account, click ‘My home’ and you’ll be taken back to the list of NEST accounts you have access to.

You’ll see messages from all employer accounts in your NEST secure mailbox. You’ll also be able to see which employer account it relates to below the subject of the message.
