What’s my Nest ID?
Your Nest ID is a unique reference number starting with MEM.
It’s a good idea to keep your Nest ID safe for security reasons and you’ll need it when you contact us.
Where can I find my Nest ID?
You can find your Nest ID in the welcome pack that’s sent to you through the post. If you’ve already logged in, you can also find it in your online account. Simply log in and click ‘My account’.
When do you need your Nest ID?
You’ll need your Nest ID to log in to your online account for the first time. Our help centre article How do I log into my account for the first time? gives you all the information you need.
What should I do if I don’t know my Nest ID?
Call us on 0300 020 0090, we’ll verify your personal details and help you.
