How will I know my worker is enrolled into NEST?

Once a member is enrolled into NEST you’ll be able to see their details in the ‘Manage workers’ area of your online NEST home page. For members who are entitled to an opt-out period you’ll be able to see their opt-out expiry date until the opt-out period has ended. You won’t see an expiry date for members who aren’t entitled to an opt-out period.

You’ll also receive a message in your secure NEST mailbox called Details of the workers you’ve enrolled.

We’d recommend checking the details of newly enrolled members. If you need to amend any of their personal details and the member hasn’t activated their online account, you may be able to edit them in Manage workers within the first six weeks of enrolment.
