How is an individual delegate different to a delegate organisation?

An individual delegate is one particular person who you can give a certain level of access to.

A delegate organisation is someone from outside your organisation, such as your accountant or financial advisor who you’d like to help you manage NEST scheme. To do this you’ll need to give them access to your NEST employer account. You can do this by adding them as a delegate organisation.

You can choose the delegate role for the third party organisation which means everyone using that account will have the same level of access. You can’t change the level of access that the individual users have on the delegate organisation account but you may change the delegate role for the organisation as a whole.

For more information about adding delegate organisations please see How do I add a NEST Connector or a delegate organisation?
