How can I see a member’s contribution amounts in a paid contribution schedule?

If you need to check a member’s contributions on a previous contribution schedule you can do this in Paid schedules.

This might be useful when reconciling refunds for your members such as opt-out refunds. To find more information about refund types please see Why would I need a refund?

To find a member’s contributions in a paid contribution schedule you’ll need to click ‘Paid schedules’.

You can click on the schedule that you need to look at by clicking the arrow next to it under View/Correct.

Once you’ve opened the schedule you’ll be able to search for a particular member in the ‘Last name’ search bar.

Alternatively you can click ‘Download results’ to view all the members in an Excel document which you can save or print.
