About NEST Corporation

NEST Corporation is the Trustee that runs the NEST scheme.

As a non-departmental public body NEST Corporation is accountable to Parliament through the Department for Work and Pensions but is generally independent of government in its day-to-day decisions.

Who runs NEST?

NEST Corporation is the Trustee of NEST. It was established by legislation to run the NEST pension scheme, and reports to Parliament through the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions.

How NEST is run

NEST is a workplace pension scheme, run as a trust by NEST Corporation. This means that there are no shareholders or owners. We run the scheme in the interests of our members.

News and press office

We regularly publish information and issue press releases to tell people about developments in the NEST scheme, and increase understanding of the new pensions environment.
