What should I do if my payroll provider has created an enrolment file for me?
If your member enrolment (ME) file has been created by a third party payroll provider, you won’t need to complete a NEST template. You’ll be able to upload the file through your online account. It’s important not to open the file once you’ve received it as this may corrupt the data.
Should you need to view the information in the file before you upload it to us, you can save a copy and open this instead of the original file.
