Fixing errors: Setting up NEST

You can't access your account at the moment. You'll need to follow the link we sent you in an email to access your account. If you're still having difficulty, you can call our contact centre. Details are on our website.

When you first register with NEST we send you an email with an activation link that you need to click on before you can log in through the standard login page. This is so we can verify you’ve received the email we sent you and it went to the correct email address.

You’re only able to use this link once. It will deactivate after it has been used. You can then log into your NEST account directly through the Login page online.
