Procurement policy

NEST’s procurement policy sets out the rules that our employees, civil servants on secondment, consultants and contractors must operate under whilst working with NEST.

The policy applies to the whole process of purchasing goods, services, leasing and consultancy from identifying a need, through to contract management. It also applies to the end of a contract and closing any completed job.

It does not apply to buying land or the direct employment of staff.
