Freedom of information

FOI Act 2000

The Freedom of Information Act 2000 gives any person of any nationality, anywhere in the world, the right to access certain official information held by public authorities.

NEST Corporation is a public authority and you can request information from us if you want to. Your request must include

  • your name
  • an address we can reply to – an email address is acceptable
  • a description of the information you require
