 Self-employed NEST saver

Self-employed people and single person directors will be able to join NEST.

If you're self-employed or a single person director the new duties under the Pensions Act 2008 don’t apply to you, but you’ll still be able to join NEST as an individual member.

Single person directors

You're defined as a single person director if you hold office as a director of a company and are the only worker in that company. You'll also be able to join NEST as an individual member.
