When to do this: You have a month to enrol eligible jobholders from your staging date or, if you’re using a waiting period, from the postponed date. You’ll need to have finished assessing your workers and have sent them statutory communications.
Who to involve: Typically this would involve people who handle HR and payroll for your organisation. In the early stages they’re likely to need support from your IT team.
